Microsoft has obtained two Skype-related domain names,after filling a domain name dispute with the National Arbitration Forum this June.

Microsoft owns many trademark registrations for the "Skype" mark,all over the world.Therefore,it was more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark .

Microsoft has also contended and managed to demonstrate that the respondent has no rights over the disputed domain names and that he registered and used the domain names in bad faith .

The Panel ordered the two disputed domain names : SoftedSkype.com and DownloadedSkype.com to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant .
