Playboy Enterprises International,Inc has just files a UDRP complaint with the World Intellectual Property ,asserting legal rights over Playboy-Home.com domain name .

Playboy should expect the World Intellectual Property Organization  order the domain name to be transferred,considering the company owns many trademark registrations for the "Playboy" mark all over the world.

The World Intellectual Property Organization will examine if the domain name is confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the disputed domain name has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith.Playboy-Home.com will be passed over to Playboy Enterprises International if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the World Intellectual Property Organization .
