Google has filed a UDRP against the owner of GoogleGlass-Presale.com domain name.The case was filed at National Arbitration Forum on April 4,2013 .

Considering Google owns many trademark registrations for the "Google" mark all over the world,the company should expect the Panel to rule in its favor.

The Panel will examine three elements in order to decide if the disputed domain name should be cancelled or transferred :

1. The disputed domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which Google has rights

2. The respondent  has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name

3. The respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
