Microsoft,the company who sells video game entertainment systems,software and accessories under the "Xbox" brand,submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum ,requesting the transfer of five "XBOx" related domain names. The five disputed domain names are : xbox8.org, xboxcompanion.com, xboxlivetv.com, xboxphone.com and xboxtablet.com .

Microsoft should expect the National Arbitration Forum order the domain names to be transferred,considering the company owns the "XBOX" mark .

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domain names are confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the domain names has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith.All five domains will be passed over to Microsoft if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
