An arbitrator with the National Arbitration Forum has awarded ten domain names to DELL. The 10 disputed domain names are : dellcomputersblog.com, dellcomputerslaptop.com, dellcomputersnow.com, dellcomputersrepair.com, dellcomputersshop.com, dellcomputerssite.com, dellcomputersstore.com, delltechcomputers.com, michaeldellcomputers.com and yourdellcomputers.com

The company submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum on March 9,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain names. DELL owns many trademark registrations for the "DELL" mark all over the world.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to its trademark.Moreover,DELL contended and managed to demonstrate that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain names in bad faith .

"Respondent’s , , , , , , , , , and domain names resolve to websites containing links to third-party websites directly competing with Complainant.  Not only are the domain names themselves highly likely to cause confusion but the titles of the displayed pay-per-click links are also clear references to DELL"

The Panel ordered the disputed domain names to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant .
