According to New York Times,it seems that the deal will close this week. However,there are people saying that this acquisition is not a sure thing.The acquisition of  Groupon website will become the largest purchase of the search engine giant so far.The largest purchase the engine giant made so far is DoubleClick,bought in 2007 for $3.1 billion.

      Andrew Mason ,a 29 years old Internet entrepreneur created the website about two years ago.The website is said to have about 1000 employees and 2,5 million users in Britain alone.
