Google fights to win GooglePersonal.com domain name

      Google submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over GooglePersonal.com domain name.According to whois records,the domain name was registered by Sai Satish. Moreover,the disputed domain name was registered in 2009.

      Google owns many trademark registration for the "Google" mark all over the world and Sai Satish registered the disputed domain name in 2009,long after Google had its mark registered.Therefore,the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.

      Moreover,Google tries to demonstrate that Sai Shatish registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith.

      The arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum.
