The American retailer of woman's wear,lingerie,shoes and beauty products,Victoria's Secret ,won the domain name VictoriaSecretBulgaria.com domain name in arbitration .In the complaint submitted to the National Arbitration and Mediation Center,the company claims rights over the disputed domain name. Victoria's Secret contended in the complaint that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .
The company  represented by Melise R. Blakeslee has submitted evidence of federal trademark registrations for the VICTORIA’S SECRET mark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
In the application they contended that the respondent registered and used the domain name in bad faith.
"Respondent is using the domain name to attract Internet users to Respondent’s website that purports to be a buying service for Complainant’s goods.  Complainant argues that some Internet users will purchase goods from Respondent’s website, and that as such Respondent registered and is using the disputed domain name in bad faith."
Because the respondent failed to submit a response in this proceeding and because the complainant managed to demonstrate all the elements needed,the Panel ordered that the VictoriaSecretBulgaria.com domain name be transfer from the respondent to the complainant .
