You have to fill in the Application Form for Change the Company Name of Domain Name and fax with proper documents. Upon the receipt and proper review of your document, the Registry will process your request accordingly.
How do I transfer Domain Name Ownership to someone else?
To transfer the domain name ownership, you must present the certificate documents issued by the original registration applicant on the consent of such transition. The following documents shall be required:
(i) Application Form for Transfer the Domain Name Ownership.
(ii) Prepare an Agreement of transfer for Domain Name in your desired format. The agreement shall contain the intent of the contracting parties for such transfer under mutual consent; signature with both corporate seals.
(iii) The photocopies of the Business Registration Certificates of both the assigner and assignee. For foreign company, please provide relevant document on incorporation.
(iv) If the assigner has already petitioned for dissolution, it must attach relevant approval documents issued by competent authority.
