Paris Hilton trademarked "Paris Hilton" to represent a clothing line for both pets and humans.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .
Paris-hilton-perfume.net was registered by  Troy Rushton.The whois records for this domain name show that the domain name was registered on March 31,2010 .
This arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
