Google owns many trademark registrations all over the world for the "Google" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
GoogleDNS.org was registered by Haishan Zhao .The whois records for this domain name have been updated on June 18 ,2010 .
This arbitration case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum .
