Blackberry abandon plans to replace chief executive of sale Hines

On Monday,BlackBerry indicated that the company will give up their sale to a large investor,in the meantimes, replacing CEO Heins(Thorsten Heins).

BB stated, Fairfax Financial will no longer bid for the company,insteading of leading a consortium of investors to inject $ 1 billion to Blackberry. John Chen will be held Blackberry Interim Chief Executive Officer & Executive Chairman after the completion of this investment. Blackberry stated that these investments should be completed within the next two weeks.

Blackberry claimed that the company will acquire the above investment through bond forms. Fairfax Blackberry itself will inject $ 250 million.
