Up until now,Stevie Wonder has filed 10 UDRP cases with the National Arbitration Forum and won all of them for the domains : StevieWonder.com , thesteviewonderstory.com; stevie-wonder.com; steviewondertickets.com; steviewonder.biz; steviewonder.info; steviewonder.us; steviewonderfest.com; steviewonderfestival.com and thesteviewonderstory.com .

According to whois records,the disputed domain name,LittleStevieWonder.com is owned by Dwight Osborne .

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domain name is confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the disputed domain name has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith.LittleStevieWonder.com will be passed over to Stevie Wonder if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
