Comedian Tracy Morgan can now tell jokes at TracyMorgan.com.

Comedian Tracy Morgan laughs about a lot of stuff, but not about how he didn’t own the domain TracyMorgan.com.

In January I wrote about how the 30 Rock star had filed a UDRP against the owner of TracyMorgan.com. At the time, the parked page on the domain included links such as “Tracy Morgan Comedian”, “Alex Baldwin Actor” (Baldwin starred with Morgan on 30 Rock), and “Saturday Night Live Clips” (Morgan was on Saturday Night Live from 1996-2003).

The World Intellectual Property Organization has ruled in Morgan’s favor, ordering the domain name be transferred to him. The decision was submitted last Thursday but WIPO didn’t publish the details until today. The case was pretty cut and dried, especially since the domain owner didn’t bother to respond.
