StubHub Inc. has filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ,asserting legal rights over 123 StubHub-related domain names,including bStubHub.com,setubhub.com,stubbuh.com,stubchub.com,stubdhub.com and stubghub.com.

According to whois records,all the 122 domain names are registered with Dynadot,while the other one is registered with HiChina.com .All the domain names are behind whois privacy.

StubHub should expect the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center order the domain name to be transferred,considering the company owns the "StubHub" mark .

The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center will examine if the domain names are confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the 123 domain names has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith.The disputed domain names will be passed over to StubHub if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
