The mayor of New York City is on a roll; after banning the serving of large fountain drinks at cafeterias and restaurants, his new focus is now domain conferences. Schwartz.The banning of domainers exceeding a weight to height ratio of 0.85 will be effective immediately in New York City. Short domainers will have to worry as well.
