Microsoft has filed a complaint with the NAF (National Arbitration Forum ) on December 3,2012,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain names XBoxFitness.com and XBoxFitmess.net.

Microsoft should expect the National Arbitration Forum order the domain names to be transferred,considering the company owns the "XBOX" mark .

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domain names are confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the disputed domain names has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith.XBoxFitness.com and XBoxFitmess.net will be passed over to Microsoft if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .

Even though Microsoft has made no official statemant about a future Fitness service for XBox 360,this could only mean that the company is trying to protect its intellectual property .
