The description listed on eBay is the following :

"Rumor is that Apple will announce the iPad Mini in a special event on Sept. 12.Grab this domain before the event and get millions of visitors each month (estimated)."

Apple is said to be launching its new iPad,which is rumoured to be called the iPad Mini tomorrow,on September 12,2012.However,the company still doesn't own the iPadMini.com domain name.Perhaps Apple was just being careful not to draw attention to its multimedia devices names when they decided not to go after iPadMini.com.

According to whois records,iPadMini.com domain is owned by Elie Berreby .He registered the domain in 2005.The domain name goes to a page that displays the following message :
