I just switched hosting providers over the past 48 hours. Transferring the Domain Name Wire database from one host to another, plus the propagation of the new name servers, caused some lag time between sites.

As a result, a handful of comments submitted over the previous 36 hours are lost. I could take an ICANN -like TAS approach and go through the logs to find all of the missing comments. But then I’d have to take the site down for a couple months while I did this to make sure there was no “monkey business”. So I’ll skip that. Sorry.

Over the weekend I hope to catch up on some of the big stories of the past couple days.
