BGZ S.A. filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in February 2012,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name . According to whois records the domain name was registered by  Krzysztof Pachowicz on December,7,2012,one days after the CM Registry made the extension available for public sale .

The domain name does not currently resolve.

The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center examined if the domain name is confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,WIPO examined if the owner of BGZ.xxx domain name has rights over it and if the domain name was used in bad faith.

The Panel decided that BGZ.xxx domain name to be passed over to BGZ S.A. after it failed under all three of the stipulations.
