A company has recently submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over the domain name Vevo.xxx . According to whois records,VEVO.xxx was registered on December 6,2011,the day ICM Registry made the extension available for publis sale.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domain name is confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the VEVO.XXX domain name has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith.VEVO.XXX will be passed over to the company if its falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum.
