News International has recently acquired SunOnSunday.co.uk and TheSunOnSunday.co.uk domain names. News International made a smart move and rumors say that they intend to launch the Sun on Sunday as an alternative newspaper,in order to replace the News of the World .

Even though on July 5,2011 ,the whois records didn't reveal who the new owner is,On July 8,Nominet updated its whois records .According to Nominet whois records,the domain names are now owner by News International.

Every one knew that News International will only rebrand its News of the World publication .However,no one knew what the new brand will be named .
