Yahoo! ,  the American public corporation that provides Internet services worldwide has recently submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name . According to whois records,the domain name owner is Blue Q Ltd .

Yahoo! owns many trademark registration for the Yahoo mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark .

Even though Yahoo! will almost certainly win this case,the corporation will still have to pay $1,500 plus other fees to obtain this domain name .

The case is still waiting compliance checks with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center .
