Cloud Computing Centre is the fourth cloud host this year to be acquired by Six Degrees Group.

UK web hosting provider Six Degrees announced on Thursday that it has acquired cloud hosting provider Cloud Computing Centre. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed in the press release.

In addition to the acquisition, Six Degrees has raised $125 million in new funding from Penta Capital.

According to the press release, CCC is a Surrey-based managed cloud hosting provider that has been around since 1999. The acquisition brings more than 100 mid-market hosting customers to Six Degrees Group. On average, these customers spend about $50,000 per year.

Six Degrees says CCC’s competency as a Microsoft Gold Partner and Silver Hosting Partner will bring “incremental skillsets” to its Microsoft Hyper-V offering.

CCC joins managed hosting and cloud providers Firstserv, Serverstream and Ultraspeed, as well as data center and connectivity provider Datahop as acquisitions made by Six Degrees Group this year.

In June, Six Degrees named Mike Ing business operations director to oversee the integration of its recent acquisitions.
